Genius 37 LM-AC 37

These machines are conceived for those companies that intend
to automate the cutting of laminated glass sheets, granting
great ease of use and an intuitive approach to the programming
of the workings.
The new Genius 37 LM–AC 37 and Genius 37 LM-AC 61 tables
were developed to make easier the handling of the glass sheets
and the movements of the axis thus improving the productivity.
The movable bridge with measurement register, sliding under
the table, allows total access to the work area making it easier
to move the glass sheets during the change of working.
The sturdy frame of the cutting bridge grants an optimal carrying
of the working for all the glass thicknesses.
Maximum ergonomy and ease of use are granted through
the belts on the cutting module, to the handbox, the orientable
monitor and the dedicated software.

Movable bridge with measurement register

These machines are equipped with a system of drop-down stops
that allows to obtain the desired glass dimension.
The stops are positioned to a bridge that slides under the working
table, thus leaving the work area completely free.

Belts Unit

Thanks to the belts unit placed in front of the cutting bridge,
the machine operator remains all the time in the unloading area thus
granting a high level of productivity.

Machine control

These cutting tables are equipped with IWNC numerical
control based on commercial PC with Windows interface.
The use of a PC with Windows operating system is extremely
simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity
with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic
supports. The PC is supplied with CD-ROM drive, modem
and network card, 15” color monitor and Windows operating
system. The PC modem and teleservice software enable remote
diagnostics and software updates.
